Two types of automotive repairs are:
Necessary - Those items, which require immediate attention to provide safe operation of the vehicle. Braking, Steering and Vision are good examples. Denoted by "N"
Recommended - Those services that will improve the comfort or will prolong the life of the vehicle. Ride Control, Lubrication and Engine services are just a couple examples. Denoted by "R"
